Raman Bhalla: President

Raman Bhalla is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sydney Investors, Professionals and Business Networking Group Incorporated (SIPBN). Raman is a partner of RSB Hexagon which provides end to end services in busines advisory, accounting, tax, financing, real estate investments and wealth management. Raman is the founding principal of Proactive CFOs and Business Advisors which is a specialist provider of resident director services, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures advisory services.

Previously, Raman worked with several Australian and Global investment banks in senior executive management roles. Raman is a Chartered Accountant, FCPA, CIMA and holds Bachelor of Commerce. Raman is hugely passionate about building businesses and facilitating international trade, business, and investment. His extensive international business, professional and political networks include Australia, US, India, Israel, Hong Kong and China.

Raman acts as Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary for ASX listed entities, start- up enterprises, private companies and not-for-profit organisations and adds significant value for stakeholders. His hobbies include community work, politics, golf, cricket, travelling and reading.

Guruswamy Jayaraman (OAM): Vice President

Guruswamy Jayaraman founded and set up Sri Om Foundation an aged care and Disability services and is currently the Vice President of Sri Om Foundation.

Gurusway is the recipient of an Order of Australia Medal, a highest civilian award in Australia, for his services and contributions in the aged care sector. He has been also associated, in various capacities, with the Auburn Diversity Services Inc (Auburn Migrant Resource Centre) that works for settlement of new migrants and refugees in Australia.

Guruswamy is a Masters of Science and Graduate Associate from Institute of Company Directors, Australia and Graduate Diploma in Aged Care UNSW, Sydney

George Billic: Analyst Government Relations

George Bilic is the Government Relations Analyst & a Director of Sydney Investors, Professionals and Business Networking Group Incorporated (SIPBN).
George has focused his career primarily in the General Insurance Industry. Since 2010 he has worked as a licenced Factual Investigator specialising in injury cases including workers compensation, compulsory third party and public liability.

George acts on a basis as a Company Secretary for an aged care facility in Sydney where he has also served as a director on the Board.
George has established networks in public affairs having been elected and serving 2 terms as a Local Government Councillor at Blacktown City Council where he gained invaluable experience in advocacy, governance & budgeting processes as well as an understanding of relations between Federal State & Local Governments. His hobbies include community work, politics, golf, table tennis, Gregorian Chant and road travel.

George is keen to utilise his analytical, relationship building and report writing skills to benefit Investors as they explore and realise the many and varied commercial opportunities in Australia.

Balvinder Ruby JP LREA: Memberships and Communication

Balvinder is an entrepreneur, realtor, provocateur, thought leader and a writer all in one. Balvinder has extensive experience in a wide range of areas including Real Estate, Information Technology, Business Development, Media and Community Services. Balvinder is a Director Hexagon property and Investments and Founder Executive Board Member of Sydney Investors Professionals and Business Network Inc.

Balvinder has been a contributor and is a Brand Ambassador of Times of India. He has been Co-Chairman of GOPIO International, Media Council and President of Global Organisation of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO) Sydney. He is a President of Brunch at Wenty Toastmasters Club.

Sanjiv Bhalla, Justice of Peace: Treasurer

Sanjiv Bhalla is the Treasurer and an Executive Board member of Sydney Investors, Professionals and Business Networking Group Incorporated (SIPBN).

Sanjiv is the co-founder of RSB Hexagon which is a mufti-disciplinary financial services firm providing services in business advisory, accounting, tax, financing, real estate investments and wealth management.

Sanjiv has in-depth understanding of the mortgage & home loans and real estate markets in Australia. He excels in providing customised solutions to the clients in building wealth in the real estate by providing financing as well as locating the right real estate for the clients.

Prior to founding RSB Hexagon, Sanjiv worked as financial controller for a leading financial services company in Sydney. Sanjiv is a Chartered Accountant, CPA and holds Master of Commerce.

Sanjiv is very active in social arena in Sydney and is involved in organising various community events. His hobbies include travel, badminton, and movies.

Shan Ruprai JM: Partnerships and International Liaisons

Shan Ruprai has over 30 years in-depth experience at the senior executive level both in government and private sectors in Australia, specialising in restructures, reengineering, financial management, business and strategic planning, governance, corporate risk management, corporatisation, outsourcing, privatisation, international benchmarking, Australian and International business awards for governments and the private sectors, 360 degree reviews, tender board, probity management, investigations, international auditing, best in class framework for risk, work health safety, environment, quality, measurement and reporting.

Shan is decorated with the prestigious International Juran Medal (JM) for his services to the Australian Public and Private sectors and many other national and international awards. Shan is Senior Jury member of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet Dubai. Jury to the Prime Minister of Dubai ADAEP UAE since 2016 He is Director General ANZ for World Council for Total Quality Education since 2014 He is mentor to the NSW Government Safety Regulator since 2016 Shan is Companion of the IAQ.

Maryam Zahid: Women In Business and Entrepreneurship

Maryam Zahid leads Women In Business and Entrepreneurship. She is an Executive Board member of Sydney Investors, Professionals and Business Networking Group Incorporated (SIPBN).

Maryam has successful track record of entrepreneurship and building organisations. Maryam is the founder and director of Afghan Women on the Move Incorporated (AWOTM). AWOTM creates a safe platform for women as survivors of war and trauma, to gather and participate in arts and cultural programs, outside of religious and political influences.

Maryam is successfully running Women Empowerment Pty Ltd and provides consulting services to other organisations in cultural, diversity and women issues. She works closely with Embassy of Afghanistan in Australia and has established business networks across various business and not for profit organisations.

Maryam is a multi-award winner including prestigious Blacktown Women of the Year. Maryam is an emerging theatre writer and artist. Her theatre show The Good Woman has been a spectacular success.

Maryam is passionate about community service, cooking, travelling and empowering women to achieve success in life.
